Learn how to defend yourself against attacks by larger and stronger assailants. This 3 month program has 3 levels. From level 1 through level 3 you will be taught maneuvers increasing in complexity, including follow up techniques in the event your opponent is able to block, or absorb, your initial line of defense. This program will also cover defending yourself against multiple attackers.
