A Sit family saying: "The proof is in the recovery"
You will never purchase any other bruise medicine again!

A group of bottles with black capsThis amazingly effective liniment is applied to the skin to quickly heal any bruises from hits, muscular sprains, torn ligaments, broken bones, arthritis, or poor circulation.

The formula contains a combination of 18 different Chinese herbs that are fermented in wine and liquor to create a vibrant healing effect that is felt immediately upon application to the skin. Some of the herbs contained in this secret family formula are common, such as Chuanxiong Rhizome, Dan Shen (Salvia root), Hong Hua (Safflower), E Zhu (Curcuma Rhizome), San Leng (Burr Reed Rhizome), Niu Xi (Achyranthes Root), Gu Sui Bu (Drynaria Rhizome), etc. But there are many uncommon additional herbs/minerals/insects that are prepared and combined in ways (such as dry frying) so that the herbs synergize together, creating a very special formula.

Directions for use: Depending on the severity: apply liberally, two or three times daily. Shake the bottle well before each use. Massage in liberally and vigorously until sticky. In severe cases use gauze soaked in the Jow and dress with waterproof bandage. Best to apply as soon as possible after an injury. Also it is excellent to use for chronic poor blood circulation, as well as arthritis.

"As a martial arts instructor and lifelong practitioner, I can confidently say that Sifu Marlon’s Sit Family Dit Da Jow is hands-down the most potent and effective formulation I have encountered. It stands above the many other Dit Da Jows I’ve tried over the years, both in its immediate pain-relieving properties and its remarkable ability to heal bruising and alleviate soreness." - Jonathan Simon

Traditionally, Dit Da Jow is used as a supplement to reduce bruising due to "body conditioning" (the purposeful beating of your hands, feet, shins, forearms, etc..) to toughen those parts so as to do damage to your opponent, while not hurting yourself. It is to be applied after each session. This greatly speeds up the toughening of the skin, bone, and tendons as well as prevents serious bruising.

A person holding a certificate
The late, Dr. Sit, Chiu-Wai (Grand Master Brendan Lai's senior classmate) presenting
Sifu Marlon Pilossoph with his graduation certificate on May 17TH 2003, at his Sifu Tony Chuy's
Praying Mantis Martial Art Institute’s 21st Anniversary Celebration

Dr. Sit was from a highly skilled and respected family of Chinese medical doctors. He learned from his father, Dr. Sit, Cheuk – Sing, as did his father learn from his father, Dr. Sit, Peng- Sam.

The first generation of the Sit family was the personal physician to the Royal Imperial Family of China.

The second generation assisted in the formulation of Chinese Medical University curriculums as well as being involved in the birth of their political organization. Western Chinese medical universities later modeled their curriculum based on these principals.

Dr. Sit, Chiu Wai graduated from the Institute of Chinese Surgery in Hong Kong in 1957. He was an unprecedented 19 years young. This first accredited Chinese Medical Institute was originally founded by Dr. Sit’s father who graduated only twenty students. Further studies led him to graduate from the Chinese Medical University in 1967. His family then migrated to New York City Chinatown. In 1967, his father Opened a Dit-Da (HIT/BRUISE) Osteopathic) and herbal treatment center at 123 Mott Street. Dr. Sit inherited his father’s treatment center in 1973. He later moved his practice to his home in Queens, New York which is where Sifu Marlon Pilossoph was taught all of the above by Dr. Sit over a 6-year period.

Dr. Sit has always continued to study Chinese medicine with an open mind to constantly expand his own knowledge. His father graduated only twenty students along with Dr. Sit, all of which have since passed away.

On Sunday October 22, 2006, Mr. Pilossoph was sworn in by Dr. Sit at a Queens, New York cemetery at the gravesite of the Sit family ancestors as 4th generation inheritor of their Chinese medical knowledge.

Later that afternoon a grand feast was held at East Manor restaurant in Elmhurst Queens to celebrate this monumental occasion. Sifu Marlon and Dr. Sit's family, and his students that attended, enjoyed each other’s company and a 10-course delicious Chinese banquet style meal. See the picture below:

"Whether it’s after a hard day of training or when my 5-year-old daughter has a fall, this Jow has become a household staple. It works so fast that within minutes of applying it, you can feel the circulation improving and the tension releasing. The results are nothing short of impressive—by the next day, bruises that would normally linger are almost completely healed, with no lingering tenderness.

Beyond martial arts use, I recommend this Jow to anyone dealing with joint pain, tight muscles, or chronic injuries. I’ve shared it with many of my students at Greenwich Kempo, and it’s helped them manage everything from minor impact injuries to more persistent conditions. I’ve tried commercial brands like Plum Dragon, and nothing comes close to the strength and efficacy of Sit Family Dit Da Jow.

If you’re looking for a powerful, natural remedy that genuinely works, I highly recommend keeping a bottle or two on hand. You will not be disappointed!
" -Jonathan Simon, Headmaster, Greenwich Kempo
